Nvidia GTC Huang Renxun will announce the next generation GPU architecture in his keynote speech

The latest disclosure shows that both B200 and RTX 50 series graphics cards will adopt this architecture, with significant performance improvements. According to the disclosure, B100 will use two chips based on TSMC's CoWoS-L packaging technology, connected to eight 8-Hi HBM3e memory stacks, with a total capacity of 192GB. However, it is currently uncertain whether HBM4 technology has been used to achieve higher capacity.
As mentioned in previous articles, Dell's Chief Operating Officer Jeff Clarke has revealed that Nvidia will launch B200 products with the "Blackwell" architecture in 2025. And power consumption has always been one of the focuses of attention. It is reported that under this architecture, high-end series graphics cards can consume over 450W of power, while mid-range graphics cards can consume between 300-350W. Some even predict that the power consumption of the RTX 5090 can reach over 600W.

Therefore, at such power consumption, the RTX 5090 graphics card will be 60% to 70% faster than the RTX 4090 (nearly twice as fast). Such performance improvements will undoubtedly bring consumers greater surprises.
